Kitchen remodeling
A new layout or a new look: walls moved, plumbing and wiring brought up to code, cabinets, counters, floors and lighting, managed as one job.

A kitchen remodel touches almost every trade: demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, cabinets, counters, tile, flooring and paint. The difference between a smooth job and a long one is mostly planning: a design that is fixed before demolition, materials ordered before the walls come down, and one person who keeps the trades in order.
Design first
We start with a visit and measurements, then drawings of the layout you choose and a list of every finish. You get a fixed written price for that scope. Changes later are priced in writing before they are made.
The work
- Protection: floors covered from the door to the kitchen, dust walls with zip doors, and an air scrubber where needed.
- Rough-in: plumbing, wiring and ducts moved to the new layout, then inspected before the walls close.
- Finishes: drywall, cabinets, counters templated and installed, backsplash, flooring, lighting and paint.
- Final inspection: and a walk-through with you, with a written list of anything left to finish.
Older Knoxville homes
In older houses, opening a kitchen wall can show old wiring, galvanized pipes or past water damage. We tell you at the start what we expect to find, and we price the likely repairs as allowances, so you know the range before work starts.
