A bathroom is small, but it is where water damage starts if the work behind the tile is rushed. Most of the value of a good remodel is invisible when it is finished: the waterproofing, the slope of the shower floor, the fan that actually vents outside.
What we build
- Showers: tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in showers with a low curb or none, benches and niches.
- Waterproofing: a tested membrane system behind every tiled shower, not just tile on drywall.
- Ventilation: a quiet fan ducted outside, sized for the room, so mold does not return.
- Safety: slip-resistant floor tile, blocking for grab bars, and comfort-height toilets on request.
Aging in place
Many of our bathroom projects in Knoxville are for owners who plan to stay in their home for good. A curbless shower, a wider door, a handheld shower and good lighting make a bathroom easier at any age, and cost far less when they are part of the remodel.
